Where have you taught or what is your background and experience?	Hello, my name is Ms.O, and I am excited to start this learning journey with you! I've spent the last seven years teaching all sorts of wonderful students in Pre-K, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade in Minnesota & Texas. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education which includes a Minor in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) and a Master’s in Leadership in Curriculum and Instruction. I create a lively and supportive environment where tricky concepts become easy. I use interactive strategies and ensure that students feel confident and included. Plus, I keep families updated on all the exciting things happening in our sessions! Learning is a team effort, and I’m all about helping learners grow both personally and academically. I believe in incorporating movement, critical thinking and supporting students in developing strong reading skills, because reading is the foundation for success in all subjects.
