Our mission is to retain as much humanity as possible even with our online platform, and selecting excellent, qualified teachers who will be having live interactions with students is one of the top ways we do this. Our initial, philosophical requirements narrow the entrance to teaching at Kepler, making further vetting simple with a criminal background check and thorough interview process. Teachers must be Christian, Classical, and subscribe to Burkean Conservatism to teach at Kepler.
