Would you like to have your child be able to stand up for themselves? Be more confident? This class will teach them how to use their voice to back off bullies, how to defend themselves if being physically attacked, and make them stronger and more athletic in general. Our school teaches real world self defense, not sport fighting. We try to avoid fighting if possible. If that isn’t possible, use practical techniques to stay safe and go home to your family. Our school has had a successful youth program for years but this class will be exclusively for homeschooled children. It will be held at our school every Tuesday morning from 9:30-10:30 am.
