Services
We use Renaissance Learning’s Accelerated (AR) Program to support students’ reading achievement. Students in grades 2-8 take the Star Assessment to pinpoint their “just-right” reading level, called the zone of proximal development (ZPD). Students are encouraged to read books within their zone and take AR quizzes to verify reading comprehension.
We use various assessments to help pinpoint student learning needs, inform instruction and track each student’s academic progress as we partner with you in your child’s education.
Our Exceptional Learner Coordinator, Mrs. Deborah Beggs, and her team partner with parents, teachers, and staff to meet the academic needs of Exceptional Learners. Through the Exceptional Learners Program (ELP), students who qualify receive support in their general education classroom, small groups, and/or one-to-one settings. Additionally, we have a Speech and Language Therapist and a Barton Reading Program Tutor on-site. Counseling referrals are also available.
IXL for extra practice in math and English Language Arts (ELA). Teachers use IXL to review, reteach, provide extra practice, or enrichment. Students maximize their learning with IXL.

We help your learner to grow and thrive in an environment where they are free to grow in their knowledge and love for the Lord. This is at the core of all excellence. We are here to partner with parents to provide their students with a distinctly excellent Christian education.

Since 2006, we have taken our partnership in your learner’s education very seriously.

We empower your child to become an excellent critical thinker and a life long learner using curriculum that is carefully selected and refined for them. Your learner will development a solid Christian character and biblical worldview. They will learn to live as a servant leader just like Jesus… one who seeks out and meets the needs of those who are less fortunate. We provide the environment and the resources for your child to grow into a leader rooted in Christ and academically capable of engaging positively in the world around them.
