Why I started the Business
We created The Little Leaders Program to help parents and children after seening first-hand the struggles that some parents go through. We help children who are being bullied, who follow the wrong crowd and get in trouble and who need self-confidence to stand up for what they believe? We also wanted to help children that need to learn respect and manners.

About Me
Audra has a bachelor’s degree in Child Development & Family Ecology, with a minor in Psychology, and a specialization in Child Life. While developing the Life Skills curriculum at their martial arts school, Audra also worked with many school districts teaching elementary students how to stand up for themselves against the dangers of alcohol, tobacco and drugs. She has also worked with Fortune 500 companies and Corporate Leaders to facilitate Dale Carnigie leadership sessions.
Matt holds a Bachelors degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate. He has studied Martial Arts since the age of 5 when his father began teaching in their family garage. Matt is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and opened his first school at the age of 18, and several more shortly thereafter.
He is the creator, visionary and producer of Black Belt Bruce and is passionate about helping children become their very best. He is extremely proud to present The “Karam’s Little Leaders” program to parents.
