We listen to parents, teachers and vendors and provide them with a friendly and easy way to connect through our website – ESAConnection.com.
Our services currently focus on education in Arizona. Anyone can use our services regardless of the school option they are working with. Parents, teachers and vendors working with special needs, homeschool, ESA, public, charter or private school learners who need quick & easy access to educational services can use ESAConnection.com to confidently find the resources that are best for them.
We provide online tools, support and contacts to help people start their own successful teaching business. We also help providers of educational services – which includes any type of school, therapist, teacher, tutor, para professional; or provider of curriculum, enrichments, educational resources and supplies – to efficiently and effectively reach the parents and learners who are looking for their services.
Why I started the Business
Our Mission: Connecting to Enhance Education. Our Vision: Helping families to build their educational team and connect with the resources to provide the best education for their learners. Our “Why”: We believe that anyone can reach their full potential when they can learn how they want and that teachers are most effective when they can teach the way they want. We believe that this will make the world a better place and this is why we exist.

About Me
After Arizona’s ESA program become universal in mid-2022, Tammy and Cindy, two former public school teachers who were ESA vendors began discussing the need to help more people to become ESA vendors and for a better way to connect parents with the educational resources now available to them across all five educational models: public, charter, private, homeschool & ESA.
They decided to team up with Cindy’s husband Chris, a recently retired businessman and their nephew JD Donnelly, a technical wiz and they formed Educational Services Alliance, LLC to provide these services.
