We wanted to provide comprehensive educational & neuropsycholoigcal evaluations using a team approach that includes perspectives from Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists.

Dr. Smith is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and Diplomate in School Neuropsychology in Arizona who specializes in evaluating and treating children, adolescents, and young adults with neuropsychological disorders in the school setting.
Dr. Czaplewski is a licensed psychologist at AZ Speech & Psychological Institute specializing in pediatric neuropsychological, developmental, psychoeducational evaluations, and trauma informed interventions.
